A DELICIOUS stopover at the Ginger Factory
Sadly we did not take a photo of the heavenly ginger scones with creme and ginger marmalade. We craved them the rest of the trip.

Some incredibly amazing oysters from Tasmania. They tasted like Atlantic ocean oysters but were genetically Pacific Ocean oysters.
