Minutes after this photo was taken I was inside a shoe repair shop borrowing tools and working on the floor on my laptop which had been damaged from a fall in my hotel room. The operation was a success!

This is a small town the name of which I don't remember, about 20 minutes outside of Cardiff; I stopped by the side of this nice river for lunch (English "hot dog" - unfortunately not very good!).

In central Cardiff there was a fun thing for kids - a pool with giant plastic balls to roll around in.

This is Cardiff castle as seen from the street. I thought it would be out of the city but it was in fact right smack in the middle of it.

It was a very nice day for a game. After a good early start this side lost to Cardiff something like 50 to 12.

Mostly I worked while there and didn't take alot of pictures. Here is Windsor castle - I stayed near Windsor my last night in the U.K.

Windsor castle was truly breathtaking and awe-inspiring. The surrounding streets are jammed right up against the castle and bustling with restaurants, shops, and life. Very, very nice.
